Parents who work with me are supported in developing strong parenting principles and strategies, strong family communication, consistent self-care practices, and actions that honour and nourish growth for themselves and their children. Parenting coaching brings peace and ease into this often challenging and rapidly-changing time in parenthood. Parents receive support and connection through 1:1 parenting coaching with me. Parenting sessions help clients gain: • New ideas and fresh perspective for parenting; • Effective parenting principles, skills and strategies • Communication tools for the tough teen years • Accountability • Ideas for self-care • Empowered problem-solving techniques for their home and family • Practices that encourage peace and ease through the parenting journey. Includes: • 1 full day of private intensive coaching sessions (5 Hours) or 4 weekly 1 hour sessions. • 1 follow up 50 minute sessions • Available in person for clients in Abuja, F.C.T area or virtually via Zoom, WhatsApp or Telegram. • On the road coaching is also an option. I am happy to travel for face-to-face meetings with clients. Rates will include an additional cost for travel and accommodation.
