This one on one individualized sessions help tweens, teens and young adult clients gain: • Knowledge of their habits, patterns, and preferences; • Curiosity for exploring their inner and outer worlds • Courage to use their voice in intentional ways; • Confidence to share their unique gifts with their friends, family, and communities; • Various required life-skills to succeed as adults; • Support in accomplishing a set goal. • Support in making decisions and taking control in their lives. During a coaching relationship, I typically facilitate weekly 90-minute sessions with the client. Throughout this period, both parent and child can reach out to me for unlimited support, tools, and problem-solving via WhatsApp message or video chat. This package includes: • 90 Days of high-touch coaching, mentorship, and accountability. • Weekly one on one session. (offered in person or via WhatsApp, Zoom or Telegram) • Monthly private Parent /child sessions. • Unlimited call and WhatsApp access to me for the entire 90 days for questions & support. • Life-skills and mind-set challenges that encourage growth. • Available in person for clients in Abuja, F.C.T area or virtually via Zoom, WhatsApp or Telegram. • On the road coaching is also an option. I am happy to travel for face-to-face meetings with clients. Rates will include an additional cost for travel and accommodation.
